Browsing

The public marketing pages present NorthQuiver products and use no audience analytics tools or profiling cookies. Website files and fonts are served from our own infrastructure. The client brief area has account registration and stores questionnaire answers; its separate privacy notice explains how those data and necessary session cookies are used.

Technical data

Our Amazon Web Services hosting infrastructure, in the European Frankfurt region, receives the data needed for the connection, such as IP addresses and technical request information, to deliver the website and protect the service. Application access logging is not enabled. Any technical system logs are used to manage and secure the infrastructure on the basis of legitimate interest.

Email messages

If you email us, we use your email address and message content to respond to and manage your enquiry. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or, for other communications, our legitimate interest in responding. We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and meet any applicable obligations.

Service providers and external websites

Technical providers required for hosting and email may process data to deliver their services. Product websites have their own privacy notices: when you follow an external link, that website’s terms apply.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by emailing privacy@northquiver.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
